Ham is the Co-Founder & CEO of Chipper Cash. As CEO, Ham heads the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the company’s overall direction and strategy. After graduating from Grinnell College in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Ham began his career at Meta where he worked in their Dublin, Ireland, office and was responsible for building partner relationships with some of the company’s biggest UK advertisers. Ham serves on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater Grinnell College, where he is one of four Trustees that sit on the Investment Committee which is charged with overseeing and allocating the College’s approximately $3.5B endowment. In September 2023, President Biden appointed Ham as one of the inaugural 12 members of the President’s Advisory Council on African Diaspora Engagement in the United States, which aims to enhance dialogue between U.S. officials and the African diaspora. Ham will serve for the 2023-2025 term. On a personal level, Ham swam competitively for many years and competed in the 2010 Youth Olympic Games in Singapore, representing Uganda. Prior to attaining his degree, Ham attended the Aga Khan Academy in Mombasa where he was elected President of its Students’ Council. Ham is based out of Chipper’s global headquarters in San Francisco, California.

Before her foray into Politics, she served at the NTA for 15 years, where she was fondly called ” Mother Teresa of the Tube , for using television to change lives. After serving three times in Parliament, she voluntarily decided not to seek re-election.
She later served as the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora form 2016 and now she is the pioneer Chairman/CEO Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) a position she is serving with diligence, effectiveness and passion.

Martin is co-founder of The Diaspora Institute. He completed his PhD at University College Dublin where his research examined the role of diaspora media, diaspora philanthropy and diaspora politics in shaping U.S. foreign policy in the Northern Ireland Peace Process. He currently serves on the Transition Assistance Practice Group (TAPG) at the Institute for Integrated Transitions along with various board roles for diaspora non-profits globally.
With colleagues at TDI, he has contributed to diaspora engagement in over 50 countries. Their proven methodologies and tools have helped raise large-scale financing from diasporas for philanthropy and investment as well as unlock institutional funding in support of diaspora engagement around the world. Martin helped organize the Global Diaspora Summit in 2022 which culminated in the adoption of the Dublin Declaration. This led to the creation of the Global Diaspora Policy Alliance launched in 2024.
Ambassador (ret.) Reuben E. Brigety, II is one of America’s foremost experts on African
affairs. From 2022-2025, he served as the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of South
Africa. He also served as U.S. Representative to the African Union and U.S. Permanent Representative to the UN Economic Commission for Africa from 2013-2015. From 2011-2013, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, with responsibility for Southern Africa and Regional Security Affairs. Amb. Brigety holds an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. in international relations from the University of Cambridge. He is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Fellow of the American Academy of Diplomacy.
Abdisalan Noor is a global health leader, epidemiologist and researcher who specializes in the use of data and analytics for effective public health programmes. He is currently a Visiting Professor at Harvard University and Executive Director of AHADI (www.appliedhealthanalytics.org). Prior to joining Harvard, he was the Head of Strategic Information for Response at the WHO Global Malaria Programme where he led the development of global normative guidance, global efforts to strengthen use of subnational data and evidence for malaria priority setting and the publication of the world malaria report. He was previously Director of the Nairobi Programme of the KEMRI-Wellcome Trust Research Programme and Chair of the Board of the Kenya National Council for Population and Development, providing leadership during critical growth phases. Noor has been awarded the AU National Scientific Award in Life and Earth Sciences and the Chalmers Medal by the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.
Adjoa Kyerematen, M.S., is an award-winning PR and political strategist, lobbyist, and social entrepreneur with 18 years of political expertise at the global, federal and local level. She has advised at top levels of U.S. government as a former Communications Director on Capitol Hill, Co-Organizing Director of the National Steering Committee for the African Diaspora for the Biden for President campaign. Adjoa is founder of the Ghana Diaspora Public Affairs Collective (GHPAC), a leading influential African diaspora political advocacy organization.
Agnieszka has held numerous leadership positions as founder of two companies, Winkler Advertising and TeamToolz until they were acquired and on boards of directors of public and private companies such as RenoAir, SuperCuts, Cheesecake Factory and numerous not for profits such as Ascension Health, Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, the board of trustees of Holy Names University.
She currently serves on the board of African Diaspora Network, the Executive Committee of the Board of the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship at SCU, as a Trustee of Santa Clara University and is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Jesuit School of Theology. Dr. André-Marie Tchouatieu is a medical doctor with over 20 years of experience in healthcare delivery and access in Africa. He currently serves as the Director of Access and Product Management at Medicines for Malaria Venture (MMV). In this role, he leads initiatives to increase access to high-quality antimalarial drugs in endemic regions through the design and implementation of programs or communities of practices as platforms where lessons can be learned and taking every members to a higher level. Driven by a passion for improving community health in Africa, Dr. Tchouatieu has focused on strengthening health systems and providing training and resources to healthcare workers

In this role, she collaborated closely with the White House, reported to the National Security Council, and coordinated 17 participating U.S. federal agencies to forge true partnerships with businesses, investors, and government leaders to tackle pressing economic growth priorities including energy transition, fintech, health tech, and ag tech, as well as supported the early entrepreneur/startup/small business ecosystem in Africa. During her tenure, Prosper Africa drove more than $62B in trade and investment deals, fostering opportunities that connect vibrant African markets with U.S. businesses.
Robinson’s diplomatic service also includes her tenure at the U.S. Department of State as the Deputy Coordinator/Director of Private Sector Engagement for the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) under President George W. Bush. Additionally, during her time at the State Department, she held a special assignment as Director and Special Advisor to Secretary Clinton’s Office of Global Women’s Issues, where she led health and education partnerships, during the Obama administration.
She has also leveraged her strong vision and execution capabilities as the top executive at some of the nation’s leading nonprofits dedicated to addressing critical challenges including HIV/AIDS, cardiovascular disease, cancer, refugee issues, and low literacy. Chike Nwoffiah is an educator, multi-sector investor and media executive. He is an award winning film and theater producer and director with over 50 productions to his credit. He is the founding director of Silicon Valley African Film Festival and president of Rhesus Media Group.
Nwoffiah is a past president of Mountain View Television (KMVT Channel 15) and former Arts Advisory Commissioner for the San Diego International Airport. He presently serves on the President’s Community Advisory Council of Silicon Valley Community Foundation, and boards of the Alliance for California Traditional Arts, Ashinaga USA, Precious Kids Foundation and Pavillion Afriques at the Cannes Film Festival. Dana N. François is a transformative global executive leader who combines analytical precision with creative innovation. As a Program Officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, she manages a significant portfolio in Haiti impacting over a dozen communities and countries worldwide. François serves as Board Chair for NEID Global, Board Member for Root Capital, and is the first woman President and Board Chair of both the Haiti Biodiversity Fund and the Caribbean Biodiversity Network.
