With an operational base in Accra, Ghana, Revna Biosciences (RevnaBio) advances precision medicine through research and advanced molecular techniques, uncovering the biological underpinnings of diseases affecting Africans, people of African descent, and the global population at large.

RevnaBio is dual ISO accredited by the American Association of Laboratory Accreditations for Clinical Diagnostics (ISO 15189:2022) and Biobanking (ISO 20387:2018). With its multidisciplinary lab units, it offers services including molecular diagnostics, biobanking, clinical research and central lab services, disease monitoring, treatment selection, and trial management, in partnership with international biotech leaders like QIAGEN, Diatech Pharmacogenetics, and Idil Biotech, etc.

Bisola Alabi is the founder of Heels and Tech, a pioneering organization dedicated to empowering women in technology through a cohort based platform. With a strong background in technology and a passion for bridging the gender gap in the tech industry especially women who took out time to focus on family and wish to return back to work, Bisola has created platforms and programs that provide women with the skills, (over 20 technical courses), resources (in the form of financing education) and support needed to excel in tech careers. These women earn over $12.5 in their total earnings as a result of their quality education. Under her leadership, Heels and Tech has grown into a respected community of over 80,000 women from 25 countries that inspires and equips women to pursue their dreams in technology, transforming lives and industries along the way. Bisola’s commitment to diversity and inclusion continues to drive her mission to create a more equitable and innovative tech landscape.

Akos Antwi, APRN, PMHNP

Akos Antwi is a co-founder of Revive Therapeutic Services, and a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
With over 10 years of experience working in various roles in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Akos has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in treating a wide range of mental health disorders. Her experience includes working at Rhode Island Hospital and Butler Hospital Patient Assessment Services, as well as providing care to incarcerated individuals with mental health issues at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections.
Akos earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island in 2014 and later pursued her Master of Science in Nursing and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2021. Her compassionate approach, combined with her clinical expertise, has helped countless individuals overcome their mental health challenges and achieve their full potential.
With Akos Antwi as one of its co-founders, Revive Therapeutic Services has established itself as a leading provider of Behavioral Health services in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Her dedication to providing exceptional care to those struggling with mental health and behavioral issues is unmatched, and her contributions to the field have made a lasting impact on the lives of her clients.

Dr. Samuel is Founder and Medical Director for Samuel Health. Dr. Samuel completed her undergraduate work with a major in Biology at Hampton University. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Rutgers Medical School) and a Masters in Global Public Health from New York University. 


 Dr. Samuel completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Bronx Lebanon Hospital and has Travel Medicine certification from the International Society of Travel Medicine. Her interests are centered around the interaction of global health, public health and primary care. She is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Physicians.
