Springboard helps small scale farmers make a sustainable living and trains them to capture the most out of the value chain. Utilizing the hub-spoke collection model, their cooperative buys 100% of quality produce at fair prices where farmers make a significant margin and also receive fairtrade premiums. Lawrence and his team are building the largest co-operative of prosperous-small-scale farmers in Nigeria. They work with 5,500 organic farmers in 60 communities across Nigeria.
