The African Diaspora Network (ADN) is excited to announce the launch of the application process for the fourth cohort of the Accelerating Black Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ABLE) program. Designed to strengthen, energize, and support startups and small businesses led by Black entrepreneurs in the United States, ABLE has already graduated 38 remarkable founders since its inception in 2021.
What is ABLE?
ABLE is an enterprise accelerator program that identifies Black business leaders with impact-oriented solutions addressing essential community needs while fostering sustainable growth. The program targets early-stage, revenue-generating (seed to Series A) for-profit enterprises across all industries, with a preference for businesses in underrepresented sectors.
Who Can Apply?
Black entrepreneurs leading startups and small businesses are encouraged to apply. The third cohort will consist of 15-20 entrepreneurs who will benefit from a fully paid entrepreneurship and leadership training program. This program includes mentorship, network-building forums, and an opportunity to present their ventures to leading investors.

Time Commitment:
The training will take place from September to October 2024, with weekly sessions (5 hours per week) and additional hours for mentorship and networking.
