Phumzile Khoza is the founder and CEO of Lathitha Biodiesel, a South African green energy company launched in 2021 to create sustainable fuel solutions. Driven by her commitment to environmental sustainability, she developed a model that recycles waste cooking oil into biodiesel, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and pollution in waterways, while creating employment for youth in township communities.
