She also supports philanthropic donors in designing more equitable and effective Africa-focused portfolios. Rossina is a co-author of an upcoming Bridgespan article, developed in partnership with the Gates Foundation and the African Diaspora Network, examining the evolving landscape of African diaspora giving and what is needed to unlock greater, more strategic resources for Africa\u2019s development. Her work focuses on the systems, structures, and partnerships that can enable diaspora communities to contribute more effectively.
